Woos! Spicy Turkey Burgers
For the folks who love a good burger, but also have a cornhole tournament to win. This turkey burger is light and easy while being full of flavor. Get the classic burger vibe without bogging down your Dad-level tossing skills!
Ingredients2 tablespoons Good Luck Hot Sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound lean ground turkey
In a large bowl, combine 1 tablespoon hot sauce, cumin, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Add turkey; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into four 1/2-in.-thick patties.
In a large nonstick skillet, cook burgers over medium heat 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165°.
Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, celery, salad dressing and remaining hot sauce.
