Directions for All Recipes

  1. Boil a pot of water. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low so that the water is no longer bubbling.
  2. Place the eggs in the water and increase the heat back to high. Boil for 14 minutes.
  3. While eggs are boiling, combine water and ice to prepare an ice bath.
  4. Remove the eggs from the boiling water and place them in the ice water bath.
  5. Once the eggs have cooled, peel the shell and slice in half lengthwise.
  6. Remove the yolk and place the egg whites on a serving dish.
  7. Using a fork, mash the yolks then add other ingredients from the recipe, such as mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, hot sauce, chopped peppers, spices, etc. Stir until smooth.
  8. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the hole of each egg white. Top with garnish, salt, and pepper. Serve cold.
