Small Batch, Small Business. That's one of our mantras at Woos! And being based in Charleston, SC we're not quite sure we could do tailgating without some Spicy Pimento Cheese. Of course, like every tailgate recipe, everyone has their own recipe (and they claim it's the best). Of course, you don't have to make your pimento cheese spicy- you could swap pickled jalapeños for pickled onions, adjust the cream cheese to mayo ratio. It's up to you! This is just how we like it.
Pimento cheese pairs well with just about everything. Serve with crudités, pita chips, or even put some on your burger.
Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and celery seed. Mix in the pickled jalapeños, piquillo peppers, and grated Cheddar.
Add the Woos! and combine.
Taste and add more Mayonnaise or Woos! to taste.
Chill at least 2 hours before serving
Recipe Note
This recipe is all about making swaps to make it your own! Some ideas are using white cheddar, using pickled onions instead of jalapeños, adding dijon mustard - the list goes on!
